Onsite Projects Work
The company undertakes on site projects work including piping works for
large projects related to Water Treatment plants and Waste Water Treatment
plants, if desired by client. The company has good experience in this area.
Normally projects not related to Water Treatment Plant and Waste water
Treatment Plant are not taken up by the company for piping and other on site
projects.
Training Of Our Staff and Personnel of Customers
It is a conviction at Akar that more skilled the employees, the greater the
organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction. All employees of Akar
must go through thorough training programmes regularly on variety of aspects
relating to their fields of activities. Akar has full fledged training
programmes for customer's personnel and for training of Akar's employees in
house and on the job.
Customer Service
No product however excellent can perform unless it is properly selected,
sized, manufactured, erected, commissioned, operated and maintained. Akar is
fully aware of its responsibility to its clients in this respect. Akar has
well trained, experienced and competent service engineers who constantly
visit customers to ensure proper operation and maintenance of their systems
and offer their services and guidance in any difficulty experienced by
customers.
Operation and maintenance of Water Treatment Plant and Waste water
Treatment Plant
Akar erects and commissions the projects executed by it in the field of
Water Treatment plants and Waste Water Treatment plants. The company also
undertakes erection and commissioning of Water Treatment plants and Waste
Water Treatment plants supplied by some other companies if a client desires
as such. Akar has erected several plants in this manner. Akar has a team of
heavy jobbers who are specialists in installation of heavy equipment. Akar
has manpower and infrastructure of equipment required for such jobs.
Commissioning of Water Treatment plants and Wastewater Treatment plants
supplied by external agencies present a problem and specialists are required
to do this job. Akar has commissioned several treatment plants in these
fields and offer their services to do so if desired by the clients.
Wastewater Recycling Plant
One of the most important aspects of Akar
technology is its specialization in the field of recycling of wastewater. In
the existing context of global shortage of good quality water, recycling
becomes very important particularly in desert area and area having scarcity
of water, water recycling assumes more importance than even treatment part.
Akar has gained expertise in recycling of wastewater. The experience has
proved to be a boon for her clients. In this chapter, some of our clients
speak of Akar's expertise and how this expertise has benefited our clients
in a big way.
Birla Education Trust
Akar set up first wastewater recycling
plant in the year 1998 at The Birla Public School of Birla Education Trust
(BET) in Pilani, Rajasthan, India. Pilani town is located in desert areas of
Rajasthan state in India, where water table is located at a depth of more
than 350 metres below ground level. It is quite expensive to pump out ground
water. Now, after the installation of water recycle plant, all the
wastewater generated is no longer thrown away to create a nuisance to
passers bye, but is utilized in gardening within the educational and
residential complex. After the utilization of Water Treatment Plant
installed by AKAR in year 1998, Birla Education Trust is so pleased with the
performance that they installed one more plant from one of their hotel
complex in Pilani.
Akar installed another plant at BRCM College of Engineering &
Technology at Bahal in Haryana in India. This institution is located also in
the desert region in Haryana having an acute scarcity of good quality water.
Based on example of B.E.T., BRCM also installed waste water recycling plant
of AKAR in the year 2000. After usage for two years, Mr. R.C.D. Kaushik
(Director) of BRCM has to say as follows: "We are very pleased to have
this waste water recycling plant which was supplied and installed by AKAR.
This plant has made immense contribution to the growth of horticulture and
gardening within our campus. Not only this, our campus has now become
beautiful and environment friendly as we no longer have to deal with
over-flowing sewer lines and septic tanks. We find that every penny of
whatever investments we made, has proved to be worth while and we are very
pleased that we have made this investment. We have already saved billions of
liters of water and our investments would soon be recovered, if not already
recovered. I very strongly recommend all institutions to go for such a
facility to protect the environment conserve water and save money at the
same time".
