We provide our customers excellent after
sales services to ensure flawless functioning of water and wastewater
plants. Our competent team of engineers regularly visit to provide friendly
operational assistance and ensure proper functioning of the plant. They also
provide services for modernization of the existing plant to increase the
overall efficiency and reduce operational cost.
Onsite Projects Work
We undertake on-site projects and piping work for large projects related to
Treatment plants, on the request of client. The purpose of executing such as
allied project is to support the function of the installed plants. Hence, we
do not execute any project which does not involve the Water Treatment Plant
and Waste water Treatment Plant.
Training Of Our Staff and Personnel of Customers
An organization's efficiency depends upon its staff. The better trained
staff, the more efficient is the organization and hence enhanced customer
satisfaction. At Akar, we conduct regular training programs for our
employees to provide them in-depth understanding of different aspects
related to their fields of activities. Special programs are organized for
the customers, where they are provided with friendly operational assistance.
Customer Service
A product needs to be thoughtfully selected, sized, manufactured,
commissioned, maintained etc. We, at Akar, provide our customers excellent
after sales services, as well as maintenance and repair for equipment
installed by other companies. Our experienced and competent service
engineers, pay timely visits to our customers for maintenance of the
equipment. We also provide immediate assistance for trouble shooting, and
guide our customers in case they face any difficulties while operating the
system.
Operation and Maintenance of Water Treatment Plant and Wastewater
Treatment Plant
In the field of Water and Waste Water Treatment Plants, we expertise in
erection and commissioning of the plants supplied by us as well as other
companies. Our experienced team provides prompt after sale services to our
clients for operation and maintenance of the plants. We also provide our
special training for proper functioning and maintenance of the system and
pay timely visits for servicing. Our team of highly experienced technicians
are dedicated to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
Wastewater Recycling Plant
Akar has the right the right mix of
engineering capabilities and experience to provide comprehensive solution
for recycling of wastewater. In today's global scenario when the world is
facing a shortage of clean water, recycling very important particularly in
desert area and areas having scarcity of water. The process of recycling
helps you get the most from limited water supplies. We offer a low-cost,
environmentally friendly ways to create fresh water for industries,
agriculture and other uses.
Birla Education Trust
We executed our first project for
wastewater recycling plant in the year 1998 at The Birla Public School of
Birla Education Trust (BET) in Pilani, Rajasthan (India). Pilani town is
located in deserted area of Rajasthan, where water table is at a depth of
more than 350 metres below ground level. It is quite expensive to pump out
ground water. Now, after the installation of water recycle plant, all the
wastewater generated is no longer flushed as a waste to create a nuisance,
rather it is utilized for gardening within the educational and residential
complex. Satisfied with the performance of the first plants, Birla Education
Trust installed one more plant for one of their hotel complexes in Pilani.
Akar has installed another plant at BRCM College of Engineering &
Technology at Bahal in Haryana (India). This institution is also located in
the deserted region of Haryana having an acute scarcity of clean water. The
plant installed in the institution has been consistently working to purify
wastewater and supply recycled water to support horticulture & gardening
within the campus.
